GiftGroove ("we," "us," or "our") is a web-based gift reminder and gift recommendation service operated by GiftGroove LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. GiftGroove helps you track important occasions for the people in your life and find thoughtful gift ideas powered by AI.
By accessing or using GiftGroove at giftgroove.app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use GiftGroove. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

GiftGroove participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.
When you click an Amazon product link on GiftGroove and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This commission helps support the development and maintenance of the Service. We only link to products on Amazon — we never receive payment to promote specific products, and our AI gift suggestions are not influenced by affiliate arrangements.
Affiliate links are only ever included on the GiftGroove website. We never include affiliate links in reminder emails or SMS messages.
GiftGroove uses artificial intelligence to generate gift ideas based on information you provide about your contacts. These suggestions are generated automatically and are intended as a starting point for your own research and decision-making.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, pricing, or suitability of any suggested products. You are responsible for verifying product details before making any purchase. GiftGroove is not responsible for any purchases you make based on AI-generated suggestions.
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails from GiftGroove, including account confirmation, password reset, and gift reminder emails you have explicitly set up. These communications are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active.
If you opt in to marketing communications during signup, you may receive occasional tips and product updates from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such email.
SMS reminders are an optional feature. If you enable SMS reminders in Settings, standard message and data rates may apply. You can disable SMS reminders at any time in your account settings.
The GiftGroove name, logo, design, and all content created by us are owned by GiftGroove LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without our prior written permission.
The content you enter into GiftGroove — such as contact names, occasions, and interests — belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your data.
GiftGroove is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GiftGroove LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed occasions, or purchases made based on AI suggestions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for users on our free plan, is zero).
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify you by email or with a notice on the Service. Your continued use of GiftGroove after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of GiftGroove shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Note that GiftGroove allows you to store information about other people (such as a child's birthday) as contact data. This information is entered and controlled by you as the account holder.
